Accommodation The farmhouse has an open plan kitchen, living area and dining space combined together with a fireplace. The kitchen has a gas cooker, an extra electric oven, dish washer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and television. Bedroom 1 has its own private entrance, a double bed, fire place, bidet, and wash basin. Bedroom 2 is spacious, has a double bed, wash basin and bidet. Bedroom 3 is smaller, has a double bed and is located next to the bathroom. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor as there are no stairs. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. |

Outside The house is set in 6 acres of grounds. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided and there is undercover parking. |

Local area Residence Beaudouin is 3km from Martigne Ferchaud which has a church, boulangerie, restaurant and supermarket. There is also a regular market selling local and regional products. There are many interesting places to visit and things to do. These include chateaux, parks, water parks, zoos, golf, horse riding, cycling and walking. Paris is 2 hours 30 minutes away by train on the TGV. |
